100 Days to Offload

I stumbled upon https://100daystooffload.com/ and I am thinking of taking this challenge.

Blogging always helped me to shape my ideas and filter out unnecessary things. But before starting the challenge I want to collect some ideas.

A list of inputs for the challenge:

• The headline of these #100daystooffload posts could be tooted on my mastodon account.
• Creating new posts should be very easy with task new-post.
• Every post has an image. Recently, I started using images from the Internet Archive.
• I could use one image for all posts.
• The draft attribute shall be set to false for the challenge.
• Some posts could be collecting ideas on what to write next.
• It is ok if I fail the challenge.
• I haven’t done link lists yet.
• I could also take an image from the same spot every day.
• Or I could use the image of somebody who already did that.
• On my phone is the 8bit photo lab app. I could use it to generate cover images.
• The image size shall be 960 x 480 px.
• Of course no LLM shall be used to generate, write or check the posts.
• A new command could help generating the mastodon toot.
• Once I start the challenge I have 365 days to write 100 posts. I could easily skip the weekends.
• Could I use my mobile phone to prepare the posts?

Update: I decided to start the challenge by tomorrow. The timespan is 08.04.2028 until 07.04.2027. My workflow for future posts is:

1. Take a picture with 8bit photo lab
2. Create a post with task new-post [title]
3. Write and add the image to the post
4. Rename and resize the image
5. Commit and push the changes
6. Create a toot with task generate-toot [path]
